Several student centered activities were organized by the Architecture Association. Photography club, Documentation cell, Cultural and Creative club are functioning effectively in the Association to make every event successful. As a part of the association, various fests, workshops and seminars have been conducted for the students. Every year a national level symposium "ARK 2K" is organized in the in which students from other Institutions are invited to participate in various technical and non-technical events.

Events organized:

• Workshop on "Architectural Software" was conducted by Ar.Vimali Rubella, Software Trainer, Trichy for the III year students on 5 th July 2018.
• Workshop on "Rural Study" was conducted for the II year students by Ar.Dhanasekaran, Practicing Architect, Thanjavur on 20 th July 2018.
• English Workshop on " Effective Design Presentation" was organized by Dr. S.Gandhimathi, Asst.Professor / KEC for the III Year students on 7 th July 2018.
• Workshop on “Site Analysis ” was conducted by Mrs.G.Ophylia Vinodhini, Associate Professor, Care School of Architecture, Trichy for the II and III year students on 17 th and 18 th September 2018.
• Workshop on “Brick bonding ” was conducted by our faculty members for the students of I and II Year on 28 th September 2018.
• Seminar on "FSI and FAR" was organized by by Ar.Lakshmana Raju , Practicing Architect, Trichy for the II and III Year Students on 4 th February 2019.
• Seminar on "Design Approach" was conducted by Dr.K.Thirumaran , Professor, NIT Trichy for I Year students on 6 th February 2019.
• Drawing competition was held for the School Children on 16 th February 2019 at Kongu Convention Centre and a prize amount of Rs. 13,000/ was given.
• Students organized and participated in IGNITE 2K19 an Intra College Event which includes technical and non-technical events.
• Inaugural function for the IV Batch of B.Arch students was held on 29 th August 2018.
• Faculty and students participated in the Pongal Celebrations organized by Tamil Mandram, Kongu Engineering College on January 2018 .
• Students participated in the Sports Day events held on 25 th March 2019.
